What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Successful submissions are saved in a private server-side log with the submission time and language so that the editorial desk can respond. Standard hosting logs may also record technical details such as IP address, requested URLs, browser information and request time for normal website operation and security. The contact form does not ask for a phone number and does not enrol you in a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
The cookie notice stores your choice in browser local storage and a first-party cookie so that the notice does not repeatedly appear. You can clear it in your browser settings. This project does not include a dedicated visitor analytics tool or mailing-list service. Third-party font files may be requested when a page loads.
Why we process it and who else sees it
We use contact messages only to review editorial tips, contributor proposals and press enquiries and to respond when appropriate. The messages are stored in the private website directory, accessible only to authorized server administrators; hosting services may process technical data needed to operate the site. Contact us to request deletion after an enquiry is complete.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information by writing to the editorial desk below. Submitting the contact form does not create an account or sign you up for any mailing list. We will review your request and respond as appropriate.
